About The Position

We are currently seeking full-time licensed counselors to join our Freehold and Princeton teams. This full-time position offers a 30-35 hour work week with a guaranteed base salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive practice environment. We provide credentialing assistance and a dedicated administrative team to handle scheduling, billing, and other administrative responsibilities, allowing our clinicians to focus on client care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working some evening hours, with availability until 8:00 pm as needed. Due to our growing client base and extensive waiting list, qualified clinicians can start seeing clients immediately.

Provide quality care to clients.
Work with a diverse range of clients.
Specialize in areas including anxiety, trauma, family concerns, LGBTQ+ support, EMDR, and more.

Benefits

Guaranteed base salary of $50,000-$60,000 for full-time employees
Flat-rate compensation ranging from $45-$59/hour for provisionally licensed clinicians
