About The Position
Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Arizona State Licensure as a LPC in Tucson, Arizona. Requirements
- Approved by the board as a LAC
- Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Arizona
- Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
- Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
- A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

- Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
