Licensed Architect

PTS AdvanceOrlando, FL

About The Position

We are a Florida-based Design-Build firm integrating architecture and construction under one roof, and we are growing. We are looking for a licensed Senior Project Architect / Project Manager ready to take real ownership of projects, client relationships, and sector growth in Central Florida. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, variety, and a seat at the table, not a production role. You will lead $10M+ projects end-to-end, from programming and entitlements through construction administration, while serving as the primary client contact. You will work directly alongside construction leadership in a true design-build environment, participating in preconstruction, budgeting, and GMP development. You will also play an active role in business development, including proposals, presentations, and building lasting relationships with developers and owners. Beyond projects, you will mentor internal teams and help shape the firm's growth in Multifamily & Mixed-Use, Retail & Hospitality, Senior Living, and Residential Development.
