The Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) provides professional substance use disorder (SUD) assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and case management services to individuals struggling with alcohol and drug use. This role also includes maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating referrals to community resources, and promoting a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
