About The Position

TMH Behavioral Services is seeking a licensed Adult and Family Therapist to join our private practice as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility of private practice without the responsibility of managing one. At TMH, clinicians focus on client care while we are responsible for referrals, billing, and operations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Fully licensed in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
• Credentialed or eligible for commercial insurance panels
• Experience working with adult and/or family populations
• Strong clinical and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients
• Provide family therapy as appropriate
• Conduct sessions both in-office and virtually
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive care
• Required attendance at one monthly team meeting (paid at administrative rate)
