About The Position

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a full-time North Dakota Licensed Addiction Counselor to join the dedicated team at First Step Recovery. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction and who values working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Requirements

• Hold a valid North Dakota addiction counseling license in good standing
• Must pass criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Currently licensed as a Minnesota LADC (willing to assist with obtaining North Dakota licensure)
• Licensed in other states (exploring potential pathways toward North Dakota licensure)

Responsibilities

• Facilitating Adolescent Intensive Outpatient groups
• Completing treatment planning and documentation
• Providing individual sessions
• Conducting evaluations
• Participating in rounds and staffings
• Assisting with team coverage as needed
