About The Position
We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Acupuncturist to join our Paoli team. This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to practice at a higher standard—combining traditional Chinese medicine with a modern, performance-focused approach to care. You’ll work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking support for pain, recovery, and overall health optimization. A background or strong interest in orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, and pain management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, assessment, and diagnosis
- Develop and deliver individualized acupuncture treatment plans
- Provide acupuncture treatments (manual, electroacupuncture, and adjunctive techniques as appropriate)
- Guide patients on recovery strategies, movement, and lifestyle practices within scope
- Track outcomes and adjust care to drive measurable progress
- Maintain precise, compliant, and timely documentation
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, performance-driven environment
