About The Position

Troubleshoots, repairs, disassembles, and services aircraft, components, and engine systems in compliance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. Maintains all aircraft, components, and systems as assigned in compliance with specifications and FAA regulations. Inspects and certifies aircraft maintenance per FAA regulations. Troubleshoots system and component malfunctions and performs necessary maintenance or rework using various tools and diagnostic devices. Removes and replaces defective components from aircraft systems. Disassembles aircraft and components (teardown) for maintenance and repair. Performs preflight, postflight, and turnaround inspections and servicing as assigned. Maintains all pertinent documentation including logbooks, 8130s, and historical data. Performs maintenance on Ground Service Equipment as needed. Cleans and maintains exterior and interior of aircraft.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of hands-on airframe and powerplant experience.
  • At least 3 years of MRO heavy maintenance experience on 767 aircraft.
  • Experience performing maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustments of various aircraft systems and structures.
  • Experience troubleshooting system and component malfunctions using various tools and diagnostic devices.
  • Experience inspecting and certifying aircraft maintenance per regulations.
  • Ability to maintain all pertinent documentation including logbooks and 8130s.
  • Ability to perform maintenance on Ground Service Equipment as needed.
