About The Position
Our office located in Westchester, Miami is currently seeking a professional and motivated Licensed 440 Insurance Agent to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience in homeowners insurance who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Active 440 Insurance License
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and office skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional office environment
- Valid work authorization required
Nice To Haves
- Previous homeowners insurance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with insurance quotes and policy information
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer support
- Follow up with new and existing clients
- Process insurance applications and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and files
- Assist with office administrative duties
- Help clients understand insurance coverage options
