The LVN / LPT provides direct client care including the administration of medications and supervising nursing activities performed by professional and para-professional nursing personnel on the unit. The TAY Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) facility is a short-term, voluntary residential program for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) aged 18-25 experiencing a psychiatric crisis. It offers 24/7 services, including therapeutic and mental health care, substance use rehabilitation, pre-vocational or vocational counseling, medication evaluation and support, daily exercise, health and wellness education, and crisis intervention, all aimed at helping residents stabilize, recover, and transition back into the community.
