Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of automotive titling experience required
Strong knowledge of dealership operations and title processes
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable handling phone inquiries and resolving issues
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, reliable, and strong work ethic
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CDK, CVR, ATC, Dealertrack, and Microsoft Office preferred
Familiarity with McDavid products and Illinois dealership compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

Process tax payments and title assignments accurately and in a timely manner
Register vehicles and complete dealer trade paperwork
Prepare and submit paperwork for out-of-state transactions
Reconcile monthly statements and accounting entries
Stock in new and used vehicle inventory
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Illinois regulations
Cross-train to support various office and accounting functions
Assist with special projects as assigned by the Office Manager
Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, stocking supplies, and maintaining organization
