Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care for psychiatric patients.
Assisting physicians during psychiatric assessments and mental status examinations.
Conducting individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
Leading medication education group sessions.
Administering medications according to physician orders.
Assisting patients in developing effective self-care techniques.
Collaborating with other health professionals to achieve continuity of care.
Staying informed about changes in nursing practices.
Participating in nursing performance improvement programs to enhance patient safety and healthcare compliance.
