About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to launch and grow its operations in New Jersey. This role is designed for those passionate about football (soccer) who wish to build and manage their own local football operation, create community impact, and contribute to the global expansion of Stranger Soccer. The License Owner will be responsible for all aspects of the New Jersey launch, from team building and venue acquisition to marketing and operational oversight, while collaborating with the Singapore HQ.

Requirements

• Experience in management, operations, or customer service
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business
• The ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally
• Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in New Jersey
• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
• Secure suitable football venues
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
• Work closely with our Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams
