About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to launch and grow its local football operation in Miami. The role involves building and operating the business, developing the local team and player community, and creating a strong player experience. The License Owner will work with Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters and receive support from its operations and technology teams. Requirements

- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.

- Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Miami.
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
