About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its operation in San Antonio. This is not a salaried management role; it is an opportunity to build and operate a local business that makes football more accessible in the community. The License Owner will grow the Stranger Soccer brand, recruit and manage a small local team, secure venues and playing opportunities, drive marketing and customer growth, oversee games, and work with Stranger Soccer headquarters and its operations and technology teams. Rewards are tied to performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in San Antonio.
• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 people, supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities.
• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by its operations and technology teams.
