About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner / Operator to establish and grow its local football operation in Fairfield County. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to build a local community and operation under an established international brand, rather than a traditional management position. The owner/operator will have independence in growing the operation, with ongoing support, technology, and operational guidance from Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters. Stranger Soccer uses a mobile app that lets players discover games, reserve a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, the company operates in more than 10 cities worldwide and has delivered more than 100,000 games. Its model is being brought to Fairfield County.

Responsibilities
- Grow the local player community.
- Secure football venues and partnerships.
- Recruit and manage Official Hosts.
- Lead marketing and community-building initiatives.
- Deliver consistently outstanding game experiences.
- Oversee and grow the local Stranger Soccer operation.
