Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is seeking a License Owner to launch and grow their operations in Atlanta. This role is for an entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about football and wants to make the sport more accessible in their local community. It is not a salaried management position, but rather an opportunity to build and operate a business with rewards tied to performance and growth. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, community-driven, and possess a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Atlanta
• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2–3 people), supported by Official Hosts
• Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
• Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
• Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams
