About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding and seeking a License Owner to launch and grow their operation in Charlotte. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to build and operate a business focused on making football more accessible in the local community. The ideal candidate is ambitious, community-driven, passionate about football, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This role involves launching and growing the brand, recruiting and managing a local team, securing venues, driving marketing and customer growth, overseeing game operations, and collaborating with Stranger Soccer HQ.
Requirements
- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally
- Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Charlotte
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2–3 people), supported by Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams
