Virtual Peace of Mind (VPM) is a rapidly expanding, fully remote mental health practice committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to young people and families across various states. Our core mission is to enhance equitable access to mental health services through superior virtual care, while also supporting the dedicated clinicians and professionals who provide this care. We are cultivating a work environment that is driven by our mission, emphasizes accountability, fosters support, and is structured for sustainable remote work. This role involves providing short-term, school-based tele-therapy to K–12 students in Virginia as part of a state-funded initiative in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE). The position centers on delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based therapeutic services via a secure, HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant virtual platform. Therapists will be instrumental in broadening access to care for students, irrespective of their insurance status, immigration background, or language proficiency.
