About The Position

This position involves managing library material circulation and organization, scoring scantrons, and training, scheduling, and supervising front desk student assistants. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent with three years of customer service experience, or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with one year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and computer software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Circulate library materials, maintain material shelving and organization, and score scantrons.
  • Train and supervise Public Services student assistants.
  • Communicate with patrons regarding recalls, overdue materials, requests, and due dates.
  • Process reserve item additions and deletions.
