We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about libraries and eager to develop leadership skills in a fun, supportive environment. In this role, you will create and implement meaningful programs, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive library environment for all patrons. Requirements

  • Two (2) seasons or approximately twelve (12) months of paid experience coordinating educational, recreational, or cultural programs in a library, school, community center, or similar setting.
  • Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade, GED, or higher education degree.
  • Possession of a valid California driver’s license.
  • Possession of CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional coursework in education, library science, recreation, or a related field is desirable.
