About The Position
This position is for a Library Learning Center Coordinator at Spring Avenue Elementary School. It is a 10-month, 6.5 hours per day support staff role. The coordinator will be responsible for the daily operations of the library, assisting students and teachers, and providing technology support.
Requirements
- State paraprofessional approval or current teaching certificate
- Experience with children's literature
- Expertise with technology
Responsibilities
- Checking books in and out
- Shelving books
- Reading to library groups
- Working with students and teachers in the library and in classrooms
- General technology support
