About The Position

The Libra Internship Program offers a paid opportunity for students to intern with Libra Group, its global businesses, and Libra Philanthropies’ philanthropic initiatives. Internship roles in business, finance, engineering, people and culture, marketing and communications, hotel operations, LP initiatives, and more are available. This program includes an orientation week in New York City, paid placement on local payroll (with VISA fees covered for international students), a mentor-buddy program, and ongoing professional development through virtual workshops.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be an enrolled university student at the time of application.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Must be available for mandatory orientation and internship dates.
  • International students are eligible to apply and will be assisted with the visa process.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in mandatory orientation week in New York City.
  • Undertake internship roles in various business areas including finance, engineering, people and culture, marketing and communications, hotel operations, and LP initiatives.
  • Engage with senior executives and junior- to mid-level employees through the Mentor-Buddy Program for professional development and task management.
  • Attend ongoing professional development workshops covering topics such as resume writing, business communication, organizational/time management, and leadership skills.
