About The Position

Liberty Lead is a full-time position focused on delivering a friendly, welcoming, and memorable experience for every customer. The role involves teaching, coaching, and mentoring the team to foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits. The Liberty Lead will share comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics and current trends, providing valuable information to customers. This leadership role includes managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures. Additionally, the Liberty Lead will share feedback and insights on product trends and customer feedback, proposing operational improvements to drive the business.

Requirements

Experience with operating a point-of-sale system
Cash handling experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to adapt and multi-task, handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
Capable of managing oneself and supervising others effectively
Demonstrates strong ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making
