About The Position

Liberty Lead is responsible for delivering a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer and teaching, coaching, and mentoring the team to do the same. This role fosters a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits. The Liberty Lead shares comprehensive knowledge of cannabis-related topics, current trends, and imparts valuable information to customers. This position provides leadership in managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensures compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures. The Liberty Lead also shares feedback and insight on product trends, customer feedback, and proposes operational improvements to drive the business.

Requirements

Experience with operating a point-of-sale system
Cash handling experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to adapt and multi-task, handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
Capable of managing oneself and supervising others effectively
Demonstrates strong ethical standards and sound judgment in decision-making
