This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. As part of a hardworking, passionate, and accomplished team, you will provide on-the-floor engineering support, own resolution of build issues, and drive continuous improvement across the production system. You will leverage your structural and manufacturing knowledge to protect configuration, improve yield and flow, and ensure hardware readiness for test and flight. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention toward safe and repeatable spaceflight. This is an off-shift position supporting either nights or weekends or both. Schedule is open to negotiation, but at least 50% nights or weekend support should be expected.
