The primary purpose of this position is to supervise a team of liability claims examiners and adjusters, monitor workloads, provide training, oversee individual claim activities, offer technical/jurisdictional direction on claims adjudication, and maintain a diary on claims, including frequent diaries on complex or high exposure cases.
