About The Position

Provides district-level leadership and direct oversight for all maintenance and facilities operations supporting customer facilities within an assigned geographic district of the continental United States. This role serves as the front-line maintenance leader responsible for execution of regional maintenance strategy across material handling equipment (MHE), automation, and building systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in the same or equivalent maintenance/facilities leadership role OR 5–7 years of progressive experience managing maintenance operations in warehouse or automated environments.

• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience working with technicians or maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides district-level leadership and direct oversight for all maintenance and facilities operations supporting customer facilities within an assigned geographic district of the continental United States.
• Serves as the front-line maintenance leader responsible for execution of regional maintenance strategy across material handling equipment (MHE), automation, and building systems.
• Provides direct leadership to Lead Technicians, Technicians, and CMMS / Scheduling Planners within the district.
