About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our Lexus service team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling service appointments, and delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the Lexus brand.

Requirements

  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience (automotive preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a dealership environment
  • Familiarity with automotive service processes
  • Sales or upselling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently using dealership systems
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service campaigns
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain consistent communication with service advisors and technicians
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with Lexus luxury standards and customer satisfaction goals
  • Log and track customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Assist in improving customer retention and service department performance
