The Admin Assistant manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. This role involves assisting with checking in hourly team members and non-profit groups, greeting and directing guests, and supporting non-profit groups and hourly team members at the stadium. The position requires presence for all major events at Nashville Soccer and typically a few days on event weeks, with strictly part-time event-based hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with checking in hourly team members and non profit groups.
  • Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
  • Helps support non profit groups & hourly team members with needs while at the stadium.
  • Must be present for all major events at Nashville Soccer and typically a few days on event weeks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
