About The Position

Cooperative Home Care is looking for a Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) to provide safe, compassionate care to clients in their homes in St. Peters. This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for up to 50 hours a week. The schedule is Tuesday to Friday, 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with potential for additional hours as needed. The pay rate is $22.00/hr.

Requirements

• Current Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) certification required
• Reliable transportation and drivers license
• Comfortable with personal care (dressing and toileting)
• Knowledge of safe medication administration practices

Nice To Haves

• Experience with medication administration and feeding tubes

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed, in accordance with state guidelines and company policy
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes
• Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors
