About The Position

Join Cooperative Home Care and help provide safe, compassionate care to clients in their homes. Cooperative Home Care is looking for a Level One Medication Aide to make an impact while working with a supportive team.

Requirements

• Current Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) certification required
• Knowledge of safe medication administration practices
• Reliable transportation
• Device required for EVV verification
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Feeding Tube experience preferred
• CNA or caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed, in accordance with state guidelines and company policy
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes
• Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors
