About The Position
The NDT Level II will be responsible for performing onsite NDT inspection, coordinating projects, and maintaining customer relations at the facility. The candidate will at a minimum have current NDT certifications in UTT and MT with additional certifications in PT and RT preferred. Strong computer skills and communication desired. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with current NDT certifications looking to advance their career and work toward API certifications and team leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum UT(Thickness) certification.
- Current TWIC card (or able to obtain).
- Current Driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Additional NDT certifications in MT, PT, and RT.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in petrochemical industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform NDT inspections.
- Understand and communicate upcoming project schedules.
- Collect and turn in reports and timesheets as needed.
- Maintain positive customer relations on the site.
- Walk down drawings.
- Assist with API inspections.
- Report to operations team to coordinate work and equipment needs in a timely manner.
- Ensure site equipment is current on calibration.
