About The Position
Farmington Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Level 1 Med Aide to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the department director. The administration of medications must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This position advances the value that the resident comes first, valuing the Community as the residents' home, working to create attributes of home, and modeling person-centered care. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent desired.
- Participate in a minimum of four (4) hours of medication administration training every two (2) years in order to administer medications in an RCF or ALF.
- Must complete Level 1 Medication Aide Biennial Training.
Responsibilities
