Level 1 Med Aide (L1MA) — Day Shift
About The Position
Are you a compassionate and dependable Level 1 Med Aide (L1MA) who has a heart for serving seniors living with memory loss? We’re looking for a dedicated team member to join The Timbers Assisted Living / Reflections Memory Care at The Timbers in Holts Summit, Missouri! In our Reflections Memory Care neighborhood, you’ll do more than administer medications—you’ll help create a safe, familiar, and supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. As a Day Shift L1MA, you’ll work closely with our nursing and caregiving team to provide person-centered care, support daily routines, and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Current L1MA certification
- Strong attention to detail and medication safety
- Patience, empathy, and a calm approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
Nice To Haves
- Previous senior care or Memory Care experience
