About The Position

New Hope Services (NHS) is proudly celebrating 65 years of service to Southern Indiana and our extended service area. NHS has built the capacity to provide a full continuum of human services from child and family support through ability services. Our unique expertise in developing affordable housing allows us to also partner with the communities we serve to have an even greater positive economic and community development impact. This is a remote position, as needed, with a pay rate of $65.00/hour. Must reside in Indiana.

Requirements

• Be a licensed psychologist under IC 25-33 and have an endorsement as a health service provider in psychology
• Master’s degree, Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) approved, in special education, social work or related behavioral science field is required
• Five (5) years of experience in working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including devising, implementing and monitoring of behavioral support plans
• Previous supervision and training of others in the implementation of behavioral support plans.

Responsibilities

• Gives written critique or approval of all behavioral support plans developed by Level 2 Clinician
• Provides supervision to Level 2 Clinician
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all client matters. Failure to maintain confidentiality may result in immediate termination of the service agreement.
