About The Position
The Les Mills BodyPUMP Instructor will lead and motivate participants in Les Mills BodyPUMP classes at the Jim & Heather Gills Branch YMCA. This role requires a strong understanding of the BodyPUMP program and the ability to create an engaging and effective workout experience for members.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current Les Mills BodyPUMP® Instructor Certification.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
- Ability to build rapport, inspire, and relate well to others.
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Clear a Level 2 background check.
Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct Les Mills BodyPUMP classes.
- Motivate and engage participants.
- Ensure a safe and effective workout environment.
- Build rapport with members and provide excellent customer service.
