The ideal candidate is self-motivated, honest, dependable, and friendly, with a strong work ethic. • Build positive relationships and clearly communicate with customers • Maintain a professional image • Be a positive part of the LCM team Service & Install Intern will be trained to understand installing, maintaining and servicing Lely Equipment, including automated milking systems, feeding and manure management systems.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain throughout duration of employment
Ability to lift heavy loads (50lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to meet safety standards

Responsibilities

Assist on installation, maintenance, and service of Lely equipment with accuracy in a timely manner
Remain reliable during your assigned working days and times
Collaborate & assist with install/service/route colleagues when needed
Work with and around dairy cows
Other responsibilities as assigned
