NEW POSITIONS AND ROLES HVAC SERVICE TECHS ADN INSTALLER FOR LARGE NATIONAL MOBILE OFFICE RENTAL COMPANY WORK CAN CONSIST OF WORKING ON Wall-Mounted/Package Unit Air Conditioners (PTACs): Many units use packaged terminal air conditioners (PTACs) or wall-mounted units that provide both cooling and heating, often featuring heat pump technology. Roof-Mounted Units: Some units use roof-mounted AC units. Electric Heat Pumps: Systems are designed for energy efficiency, with heat pumps that offer both cooling and heating capabilities. Maintenance and Features: High-Efficiency Focus: These units are designed for temporary spaces, often utilizing high-efficiency heat pumps. Maintenance Requirements: requires customers to change air filters every 30 days and keep units clean, including evaporator and condenser coils. Service & Support: The company provides support for repairs resulting from routine wear and tear.
