About The Position

Wandelbots is hiring a Legal Working Student to join its in-house legal team of three. The role offers hands-on exposure to legal work at a fast-growing deep-tech company, with opportunities to take ownership of tasks and support the company’s customer projects, partnerships, and product releases. The work covers software licensing and intellectual property, data protection, commercial contracts, and other legal questions. The position is described as a working-student role, and the candidate must have completed at least four semesters of law school.

Requirements

• At least four completed semesters of law school.
• An independent, structured, and careful approach to work.
• Reliability and a high level of commitment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and motivation to work with other technology tools.
• Business-level German and English, spoken and written.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working for a company or law firm.
• Experience with Legal Tech and/or building Legal AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and legal documents.
• Develop proposed solutions to legal issues and questions in civil law, IT, intellectual property, data protection, and commercial law.
• Support the review of legal agreements.
• Manage company insurance needs and related questions.
• Assist in developing recommendations for action based on legislation and case law.
