RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming requests to the department for various word processing-related projects. The Legal Workflow Coordinator will be responsible for formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, and converting documents to images (PDF). The position requires coordinating, assigning, distributing, prioritizing, tracking, and expediting workload within the department, as well as interfacing with requesters to gather detailed information and analyze requests to determine the best course of action and appropriate resources for completion. This role also involves directing requests to proper resources, coordinating with local and off-site office services, assisting with proofreading and quality control during heavy volume periods, and delivering projects within negotiated timeframes. The Legal Workflow Coordinator must maintain thorough knowledge of all firm-supported software packages and perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
