This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming requests to the Legal & Document Processing department, handling various word processing-related projects. The coordinator will manage tasks such as formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, and converting documents to PDF. The position requires strong clerical administrative experience, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with pressing deadlines. The role involves coordinating and distributing workload, interfacing with requesters to understand assignment requirements, analyzing requests to determine task execution, and directing requests to appropriate resources, including local and off-site office services. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with proofreading and quality control during high-volume periods, deliver projects within negotiated timeframes, and maintain thorough knowledge of firm-supported software packages. Other related duties and special projects as assigned are also part of the role.
