The Salesforce Legal Operations Shared Services team is a vital part of our Legal Operations department, focused on enhancing operational efficiency within Salesforce Legal. We manage a high volume of cases, leveraging process and technology to support our Legal and Corporate Affairs teams. As a Legal Technology Operations Senior Analyst, you will drive operational excellence through intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and continuous process optimization. You will leverage technology and analytics to transform how our practice areas operate, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work, eliminate inefficiencies, and scale our services. Your role will focus on building sustainable, automated solutions that deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will work out of the Denver office on a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week.
