The Legal Support Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the legal team. This includes managing attorney time entry, editing pre-bills, and creating, revising, and formatting legal documents. The role also involves preparing expense reports, check requests, and new business memos, as well as handling mailings and creating binders. Maintaining electronic files and entering contacts are key duties. Additionally, the specialist will assist with travel arrangements, schedule meetings, conduct research, and provide back-up coverage for other Legal Support Specialists. Special projects as assigned will also be part of the role.
