Requirements

3-5 years of legal or administrative experience.
Familiarity with banking systems such as Navigator and Director.
High attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in proofing and producing high-quality work.
Ability to navigate complex legal inquiries.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.
Proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence.
A personal mobile device for system sign in and emergency procedures.

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensuring efficient processing of various legal requests, including garnishments, levies, and subpoenas.
Managing the complexities of corporate filings and intellectual property registrations.
Diligently tracking pending litigation to assist internal stakeholders with timely updates.
Adhering to all regulations, bank policies, and training requirements.
