The Legal Services Manager is a key member of the legal team, accountable for reviewing, evaluating, monitoring, and/or leading an indirect team to execute ATI’s professional and general liability claims submissions processes, claims management, deposition coordination & preparation processes, health and employment record subpoena response processes, and corporate governance support. This role ensures these processes meet the needs of ATI, its patients, clients, and employees while delivering a smooth and efficient ATI legal team customer experience. The role provides coaching and delivers expertise and support to team members, ensuring ATI’s legal processes are administered efficiently. The role will establish and maintain processes and guidelines, along with identifying new and innovative ways to engage current and future ATI team members.
