About The Position

We are looking for a candidate to serve as a Performance Manager, representing the company’s and client’s interests as a liaison. The candidate will have oversight and be responsible for driving the legal process and performance with several vendor law firms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable helping vendor firms assertively pursue litigation strategies by assisting with media support, file review, resolution discussions, and timely escalation of important issues. The applicant should be comfortable working with attorney and non-attorney firm management via regular daily contact and formalized weekly performance calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, Operations, or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Drafting and analytical skills to update and develop new operational procedures
  • Solid understanding of the legal process, with the ability to manage cases through all phases of litigation
  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Intelligent, detail-oriented, and customer-service savvy interactions
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal skills
  • Highly skilled in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Comfort communicating with information systems professionals for reporting and automation.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
  • Aptitude in identifying and resolving issues in file resolution and litigation timeliness
