Requirements

  • A proven track record of providing high-quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/medical/professional services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems (e.g. BundleDocs/MedBrief or similar).
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Prepare, collate and organise case bundles for medical experts, counsel, the Courts and other third parties.
  • Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
  • Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures.
  • Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners, ensuring clarity and consistency.
