About The Position
New York plaintiffs personal injury law firm with offices in Garden City, NYC, Brooklyn, and Queens seeks an experienced Personal Injury/Labor Law attorney admitted in New York. Admittance in New Jersey a plus. Must have 5 years of personal injury experience. The firm offers competitive benefits and compensation packages including discretionary 401K matching, vacation time and health benefits. Salary commensurate with experience. Must be able and willing to adhere to firm protocols and utilize case management system, make court appearances, manage caseload, maintain positive client relationships, try cases and assist partners as needed contributing to the firm as a team player. Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Eastern and Southern Districts
- Prior Personal Injury experience
- Able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to: bills of particulars, pleadings, discovery, general correspondence, motions and appellate briefs
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills
- Have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise paralegal
