About The Position

Long Standing, Plaintiff, Personal Injury Law firm has openings for Legal Assistants to work on Pre-Litigation cases. This is a busy and fast-pace office, with various departments to work in. The positions are due to growth and are full-time, in office positions. If you have experience in any of the following areas, we would like to interview you! · New client intake · Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster · Monitor client’s medical treatments · Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc. · Preparing Demands · Negotiating Lien Reductions and Disbursal You must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, compassionate, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
